We believe that you should not pay for the number of guests that would be attending, if we have to navigate the stairs or a lift nor do we believe in different sound and lighting packages. The ‘Kids’ Package (12 & under)

Music aimed at kids with the likes of boy bands/girl bands, and playing music with dance moves. We can also cater to recent fads and trends with the likes of the High School Musical soundtrack's available and others if requested before-hand.

This package is based on the average time of a two hour slot (as we know that’s about all our own children’s parties last for) although talk to us if you require longer.

Fun party games, where the kids can win goodies. You can join in to……come on you know you want to!!!!!!

The ‘Teenagers’ Package (13 -17)

Music aimed at the teenage generation covering most genres, and playing those crazy songs with a dance attached to it, for example the cha cha slide.

Appropriate party games for teenagers (if requested).

The ‘Party Goer's 18-30s’ Package (18+)

This package is a little like the ‘All Rounder’ but with more emphasis on today’s music genres. Think nightclubs/holidays and you’ve got it. A bit of a 70's, 80’s & 90’s party mixed set, with today’s music of general pop, dance, r ‘n’ b and more.

The ‘All Rounder’ Package

This package is great for all general occasions. The ‘All Rounder’ caters for all ages. You choose the music years from the 50’s right through to the present day, and even pick a song or five, that you want to hear somewhere in the night. With the men playing air guitars to status quo! The women screaming ‘I Will Survive’! And the kids showing everyone up with the right dance moves, this will be a night to remember!

Participation for all ages, with fun and games throughout the night.

The ‘Pub’ Package

This Package is designed exclusively for the pub trade. Within this package you will get the experience of Audio Knights in quiz nights, karaoke nights (compared) or just great discos , with the added benefit of advertising your pub on our 'Pub Life' page showing your location, what's on and any promotions or events your establishment are currently doing, for the length of our contract with you. Standard Booking Prices 2010

1. The ‘Kids’ Package: £90.00 (£100.00  Over Christmas Period)

2. The ‘Teenagers’ Package: £120.00 (£130.00 Over Christmas Period)
 
3. All other packages (Excludes pub & school package): £160.00 

4. Christmas Bookings (All Other Packages) (18th December to 30th December): £350

5.   New Years Eve Bookings (All Other Packages) (31st December to 1st January): £500

A deposit of £60.00 will be paid at time of forwarding signed agreement for your occasion by way of cash, cheque, bank transfer or postal order and the balance to be paid by cash on the night. If you so prefer, you can pay the full amount at the time of returning the signed contract, (your deposit will not be affected). A receipt will be issued on the deposit payment cleared and also when the final balance is recieved on the day/night of your event/occasion. (If you have paid in full, upfront, you will receive a receipt when funds are cleared, via post). For Christmas and New Year bookings the deposit required is £100.00

Working over contracted time (usually 00:00) will incur an additional one off fee of £40.00 and this is to be paid on the night and before the extra time is to be added. You will not be charged this fee again unless the night runs passed 01:00hrs. 

Working over contracted time (Usually 01:00) for Christmas Eve or New Years Eve will not incur a charge unless the time is to exceed 01:00hrs, and then it will be £50.00 per hour.

If you are running a charitable event then we can offer you 50% Discount prices for our services if you provide your charity registration number, All other charities will recieve a small discount.

Last minute bookings fees will apply if the following points are met.

1.       The date of event/occasion is 7 days or less than 7 days away.

2.       The date requested is available.

3.       The client pays the full fee & signs agreement before commencment of entertainment. (If paying on the night of your occasion, then only cash can be accepted)

A fuel fee will be applied for any round trip of 100 miles (eg: 50 miles there and 50 miles back). Please see our Terms & Conditions.

Discounts will be given of 10% for  your next occasion, subject to terms & conditions, using a unique code issued by Audio Knights (see para 6 in T&C's).
